Receiving Payments

When payments are received into your bank account they need to be recorded. 

In the Strata Savings Committee Portal: 

  1. Select Tools
  2. Select Add Payment 
  3. Click “New Payment” 
  4. Complete the payment details 

Types of Payments

A: Levy payments need to be associated to a Lot 

B: Other incomes need to be assigned to the Admin of Capital Fund

Other income can include payment of an invoice, interest earned on a term deposit or an insurance claim payout.
